If you have an announcement you would like to share with the church at Sunday worship service, please fill out this form by Thursday evening. The request must include the basic Ws – who, what, where, when and why, as well as the name and contact information of the person to reach with questions. If you prefer, you may email your request directly to:
Please bring printed copies of your announcement to worship service by 9:50 am. These copies will be shared by the ushers as congregants arrive for service.
If an announcement is reviewed and scheduled for sharing at the conclusion of service, you will be notified by Saturday evening, and Pastor will be asked to allow time for the announcement to be shared, as scheduled.
If you are scheduled to read your announcement, please be prepared to do so in a short, engaging and informative way. Aim to connect with the congregation with clarity and energy, and please be brief unless prior arrangements have been made with Pastor.
